On-site Annual Group Training Sessions

On-site group training sessions are regularly offered to all current clients subscribed to the SIGA Customer Care Service. These sessions are structured to explain new features in the software and to give you a refresher course so that you can use the programs more efficiently. The on-site client sessions typically last the entire day and there are no classroom computers available. For more information or to register, click on the appropriate software caption.

Internet group training sessions

SIGA also offers group training sessions via INTERNET to all current clients subscribed to the SIGA Customer Care Service. This method enables you to receive training on SIGA software in the comfort of your own home. The presentation is actually done on a computer at the SIGA offices but is projected onto YOUR screen via the Internet. Private training sessions

Private training sessions on SIGA software are also available. These sessions can be held at the SIGA offices in Drummondville, Quebec, at your home or by Internet. This type of session enables you to receive training which is adapted to your particular enterprise. However, this service is NOT included in the Annual Customer Care Service fee. They are available on a pay-per-use basis, which are invoiceable on an hourly basis. Other fees (travel) may apply. Area group courses (QUEBEC)

These courses are organised and offered by the Collectif régional en formation agricole in several regions in Quebec. Current SIGA clients as well as those having an interest in SIGA software but who do not necessarily have a program are welcome to attend. Fees are typically associated with these sessions and are NOT covered by the SIGA Customer Care Service. During these classes, each participant has the use of a computer in order to be able to immediately put into practice newly acquired knowledge. These courses generally last 2 days or more.
